Warm, supportive and solution-focused psychotherapy
Change is possible! It thrives in a warm, supportive space that allows personal introspection and gentle encouragement.
I have helped people with a wide range of problems, including relationship conflicts, parenting issues, chronic depression, dealing with traumatic events, and substance abuse. I think of myself as a practical kind of therapist. I predominantly use cognitive behavioral therapy to help you change negative thinking patterns and develop healthier choices in taking care of yourself and better communication in your relationships. I can help you identify the problems you want to solve and the specific goals you want to achieve. Together, we break long term, larger goals into small steps. I also set out with the intention to treat people holistically. This means we address physical and spiritual health in addition to emotional health. Call me anytime for a brief phone consultation. We can talk about your goals and see if we could collaborate well to help you meet them. |
